Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 cups Frozen Mango Chunks
  • ½ cup Banana Slices (about 1 medium banana)
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional, more as desired)

Instructions

  • To a blender, add ice cubes, frozen mango chunks, banana slices, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and honey if you're using it.
  • Cover the blender and start at medium speed for about 30 seconds, using the tamper if needed to keep everything moving smoothly.
  • Increase to high speed for another 15 to 30 seconds until the smoothie is thick and smooth. Add more orange juice if needed to get the right consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and add more honey if you prefer it sweeter.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness, freeze mango for thicker smoothies, adjust sweetness as desired, and ensure the use of a high-speed blender for best results.
