Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded, Sweetened Coconut
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 can (11-ounce) Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 1 cup Green Grapes
  • 1 ½ cups Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 cup Maraschino Cherries, optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and green grapes until evenly distributed.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the thawed whipped topping with the milk until it's smooth and lump-free.
  • Pour the smooth whipped topping over the fruit and coconut mixture. Gently fold everything together until the fruits are fully coated.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least one hour. This helps the flavors meld.
  • Just before serving, garnish with maraschino cherries for added sweetness and visual appeal. Serve and enjoy this refreshing treat!

Notes

  • Try lightly toasting the shredded coconut for enhanced flavor.
  • Use fresh pineapple for better sweetness.
  • Consider adding nuts for crunch.
  • For storage, keep the fruit mixture and whipped topping separate until serving.
