Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • ¼ cup Grated Onion
  • 3 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the ground lamb into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the grated onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and all the seasonings. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Add the egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, and mint to the seasoned lamb. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Form the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
  • To fry, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry meatballs for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until browned.

Notes

  • Keep ingredients chilled for the best texture.
