Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Green Seedless Grapes
  • 2 pounds Red Seedless Grapes
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ⅓ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Toasted Pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain the grapes thoroughly. Gently remove them from their stems and pat dry with a towel. Set them aside for later use.
  • In a large salad bowl, mix or beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add the prepared grapes into the creamy mixture and gently toss to ensure they are fully coated.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle the salad with brown sugar and toasted pecan pieces.

Notes

  • Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for smoother mixing.
  • Replace sour cream with Greek yogurt for a tangier taste.
  • Toasted pecans enhance flavor.
  • Add toppings just before serving to maintain crunch.
