Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 20 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 20 pieces Mozzarella Balls
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for drizzling Balsamic Glaze
  • as needed Wooden Skewers

Instructions

  • Place a cherry tomato on the skewer and slide it down until it almost touches your fingers as you hold the skewer.
  • Place a basil leaf followed by a mozzarella ball onto the skewer. Repeat the arrangement until you fill the skewer, keeping a balance of ingredients.
  • Continue to add another tomato, basil leaf, and mozzarella ball until you have used all the ingredients. This ensures each skewer is full of flavor.
  • Sprinkle the assembled skewers with salt and pepper. This enhances the taste of the fresh ingredients.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the skewers for a touch of sweetness and tanginess. Serve the skewers cold for the best experience.

Notes

  • Always use fresh basil and ripe cherry tomatoes for the best flavor and presentation.
  • If balsamic glaze is too strong, dilute with olive oil.
  • Ensure balance of ingredients on the skewer and handle gently to avoid tearing.
