Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Grate your parmesan cheese finely to ensure it blends smoothly into the dressing.
  • Add all the ingredients to a medium-sized bowl.
  • Give everything a good stir or use a whisk until the dressing achieves a smooth consistency.
  • Taste your dressing and adjust the seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed.
  • Serve your dressing immediately, or chill it in the fridge if you prefer it cold.

Notes

  • Always use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor and texture.
  • Letting the dressing sit in the fridge for an hour enhances the flavors.
  • If the dressing feels too thick, add a bit more lemon juice or a splash of milk to thin it out.
