8ozBeef BaconCook until crispy for that satisfying crunch.
Instructions
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until it turns brown and crispy. Transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool.
Chop or crumble the cooled bacon into smaller pieces.
In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, ranch dressing, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set the dressing aside.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
Add the pasta and cook until tender, about 7-8 minutes. Drain in a colander, rinse briefly with cool water, and let it drain very well.
Slice the grape tomatoes in half, finely dice the red onion, and roughly chop the spinach while the pasta cooks and drains.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with spinach, tomatoes, onions, and dressing. Stir until evenly combined.
Allow the pasta to sit for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to meld, then stir once more and serve.
Notes
For extra crunchy bacon, cook it slowly over medium heat.
Let the dressing sit for a few minutes before mixing for enhanced flavor.
Chill the salad for a couple of hours for better flavor melding.
